SAME DAY DELIVERY DROP-OFF SHIPPING POLICY
Same Day Delivery Service is available Monday Thru Friday (Local Customers Only)

 

All same day Delivery Orders must be placed by or before the cut-off time (3pm Est) any orders placed
after 3pm for Same Day Delivery will be delivered the following business day.

Dancing Supplies Depot will insure that you receive your package within 2-4 hours of your order being
placed. Please make sure to provide a mobile number and email to receive real-time tracking
information, you will be able to track your delivery on a live map throughout the process.

For a residential drop off, driver will attempt to knock and hand deliver,
Please Note: If no one is at the destination for the delivery, a representative will call recipient phone
Number, if no one answers the package will be left at the door and a picture for proof of delivery will be
sent.

In the rare case of destination being at an event and package cannot be left securely, Driver will call the
number listed on the checkout page (please insure this is a mobile number) and wait for a period of 5
Minutes. Please add note in the checkout page were you anticipate to wait for the Driver (this is located
in the checkout page – order notes section)
In the event Driver cannot locate Customer, package will be returned back to DSD warehouse facility.
Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

guarantee these services are available to you for Same Day Delivery.

Standard Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy: All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail unless special shipping arrangements are
made. Shipping Charges are determined & Calculated on the website (not including any applicable tax)
Remember, most orders ship within two business days. If you need your order Urgently Select USPS
Priority Express or Same Day Delivery (Please see Same Day Delivery Policy)
International Shipping
Dancing Supplies Depot will ship to almost any location worldwide. Because International Shipping
charges vary greatly based upon weight, dimensions and final destination; website will calculate the
total shipping fees upon placing your order. Please note that Express Shipping is not available for
International Orders and some oversized packages may be restricted. A $10 processing fee will be added
to all International Shipments. Please note that shipping charges do not include your country’s Duties or
Taxes for your order. If you have any questions regarding our International Shipping Options please call

Delivery Estimates
Transit time is based on a number of factors including when you place you order,
the package destination, holidays and the shipping method you select. Our warehouse
processes orders Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays).Typically, if you place your order before 3PM EST Monday through Friday, and we
have all  your items in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders
placed 3PM EST or on a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped the next business
day.
 
UPS Ground Shipping – Arrives in 3 to 7 Days after we ship your
package. The length of the transit time depends primarily on your home state.
UPS 3 Day Select – Arrives within 3 Business Days after we ship
your package.
UPS 2nd Day Air (Blue) – Arrives within 2 Business Days after we
ship your package. A signature is required at the time the package is received.
UPS Next Day Air (Red) – Arrives the next Business Day after we
ship your package. A signature is required at the time the package is received.
International Shipping – Transit time for International Shipping
Methods vary greatly depending on the final destination and size of the package.
Please contact us for a more accurate time estimate for delivery.
 
 IN STORE/ CURB SIDE PICK UP AND RETURN POLICY

Receipt Order must be provided when picking up.

If anyone other than card holder is picking up by your authority; you must state full name and last name of person in the notes section your order.

Exchange & Return Policy

Special Orders Special orders may not be returned. Once the order has been submitted to our manufacturer, cancellations will not be accepted. Special Requests/Group Orders We have access to many items not listed on our on-line dance shop. If you are interested in a specific style or specific dance product not listed on our web site, please Contact Us. We manufacture any style of dance wear in any color. We will make every effort to meet your dance needs.

You can exchange or request store credit for most new and unopened items within 14 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. Not all items are returnable for exchange or credit. Please refer to our Non-Returnable Products section on this page for a list of these items.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Undergarments, Tights or Body Tights
  • Gift Cards
  • Perfumes & Fragrances
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS Tape and Cassette tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap
  • Custom Manufactured articles such as costumes, custom tutus, etc…
  • Make-up & Cosmetics (Including Eyelashes & Eyelash Adhesive)
  • Jewelry
  • Hair Accessories
  • Pointe Shoes,Toe Pads & Foot Care Items
  • Discounted or Clearance Items
  • Other select items, as noted on the product’s description page

All items must be unworn and in their original resalable packaging with all tags attached. Laundered items cannot be returned. Shoes must not be worn and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes.

Footwear Return Policy: Please Read!

If you need to exchange the shoes from your order, they must be brought to the store in perfectly new, unmarred, and unsoiled condition. Ballet/Jazz Shoes/ Dance shoes etc…: Make sure your feet are clean and dry before putting them into the new shoe. Imprints will be left on the inside if tight or your feet are damp. We suggest you lay down a towel before trying them on. Shoes soil easily. Taps/Sneakers: Please try shoes on a carpeted floor only. The taps scratch easily and would therefore be non-returnable. Please do not wear any shoes for class outdoors, or for any length of time if you plan to exchange them.
